UK Chart: FIFA 15 Firm In Fixed Top 5

The top five is static this week, with FIFA 15 (-21%) remaining in front.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (-27%) is at second and Grand Theft Auto V (-22%) is grounded at third.

Far Cry 4 (-13%) is at fourth despite fewer losses, ahead of  Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (-29%) at fifth.

Just Dance 2015 (+11%), a budget title, is up to sixth from eleventh, with 66% of the share on the Wii.

Minecraft: Xbox Edition and PlayStation Edition move up one place each to occupy seventh and ninth respectively.

Back in the top ten, Destiny (+29%) moves up seven places to ninth.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity drops three places to complete the top ten.

UK Chart: FIFA 15 Finds First

FIFA 15 (-2%) takes the top spot by swapping places with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (-34%) at second.

Grand Theft Auto V (-20%) and Far Cry 4 (-13%) sit still at third and fourth respectively.

Coming up to fifth with retailer promotions, Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (+99%) is ahead of new entry The Crew at sixth.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity (-29%) drops two places to seventh.

Between eighth and ninth, Minecraft: Xbox Edition (+4%) has a better week than the PlayStation Edition (+1%).

Driveclub (-30%) comes down from eighth to complete the top ten.

The only other new release this week is Kingdom Hearts HD II.5 Remix at thirty-first on the PlayStation 3.

UK Chart: FIFA 15 Seizes Sixth Week

FIFA 15 (+6%) picks up sales to remain at the top of the chart for six straight weeks. Sunset Overdrive, exclusively on the Xbox One, could not beat the long standing title and releases to second.

Minecraft: PlayStation Edition and The Evil Within both drop one place each to third and fourth respectively. The Xbox edition of Minecraft is back in the top ten at tenth.

WWE 2k15 is a new release at fifth, ahead of Destiny.

Forza Horizon 2 is up one place against Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, which falls three places to eighth.

Up one place, Skylanders Trap Team lands at ninth.

New release, Lords of the Fallen just misses out on the top ten at eleventh on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Telltale release The Walking Dead: Season 2 and The Walking Dead: Game of the Year to twenty-third and thirty-sixth respectively.

Farming Simulator 15 on the PC is at twenty-fifth place.

At thirty-eighth, MX Vs ATV Supercross lands on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Freedom Wars on the PlayStation Vita just catches the top forty at thirty-ninth.

Bayonetta 2, last weeks number six quickly falls out of the top forty.

UK Chart: FIFA 15 First For Five

FIFA 15 (-7%) is the first title this year to make it five straight weeks at the top of the chart.

Minecraft: Playstation Edition (+82%)  has climbed seven places to second thanks to impressive sales on the PlayStation 4, pushing The Evil Within (-64%) down to third.

Despite a small decline in sales, Destiny (-9%) rises three places to fourth, ahead of Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor (-30%) which drops to fifth.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! (-62%) drops out of the top five, but is in front of Bayonetta 2, a new release on the Wii U.

Forza Horizon 2 and Alien: Isolation fall three places each to land at eighth and ninth repsectively.

Skylanders Trap Team is back up one place to finish in the top ten.

Other new releases this week include Civilization: Beyond Earth at eighteenth with Just Dance 2015 ahead of Singstar: Ultimate Party in the battle of the music titles.

UK Chart: Four Weeks For FIFA 15

FIFA 15 (-35%) holds the top spot for a fourth week, equaling the extended launch effort from FIFA 14.

The Evil Within from Tokyo based Tango Gameworks arrives at second.

Even with no release on Xbox One or PlayStation 4, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! lands at third ahead of Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor (-51%), which drops to fourth from third.

Forza Horizon 2 (-39%) drops one place to fifth, above Alien: Isolation (-70%) and Destiny (-22%) at sixth and seventh respectively.PlayStation 4 exclusive Driveclub (-45%) also succumbs to new releases to land at eighth.

Minecraft: PlayStation Edition (+14%) sees a small increase in sales, moving it up to ninth.

F1 2014 from Codemasters Birmingham is a new release on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 finishes at tenth.

UK Chart: FIFA 15 Top For Third Week

FIFA 15 (-60%) is at the top of the chart for a third straight week. A hat-trick you might say.

Alien: Isolation, from Sussex based The Creative Assembly, enters at second ahead of Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor (-55%) and Forza Horizon 2 (-54%) which drop one place each to third and fourth respectively.

Releasing on the PlayStation 4 from Cheshire based Evolution Studios, DriveClub takes fifth.

Destiny falls one place to sixth, ahead of new entry Skylanders Trap Team at seventh.

NBA 2k15 is another new release, marking eighth before 3DS-hit Super Smash Bros. at ninth with Minecraft: PlayStation Edition completing the top ten.

The only other new release this week is Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition at thirteenth.

UK Chart: FIFA 15 Remains Top

FIFA 15 (-70%) remains top of the chart despite a significant drop in sales and new competition in the top five.

Middle Earth: The Shadow of Mordor arrives at second as the best release of a Lord of the Rings franchise game. Split on the formats, Shadow of Mordor finds favour on the PlayStation 4 with 56% over Xbox One with 41%.

The next release in the series, Forza Horizon 2 takes third with Xbox One taking 73% of sales against the Xbox 360.

On the 3DS alone, Super Smash Bros. makes its debut, grabbing fourth ahead of Destiny (-30%), which drops from second.

A release on PlayStation 4 gives Microsoft-owned Minecraft: PlayStation Edition (+176%) a boost in sales and a jump from ninth to sixth. Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition sits at eighth with an Xbox One release set to follow later this year.

Disney: Infinity 2.0 (-26%) and Call of Duty: Ghosts (-12%) drop four places, to seventh and ninth respectively, before The Sims 4 (-18%) completes the top ten.

The only other new release this week is Crimes & Punishments: Sherlock Holmes, from Dublin/Kiev based Frogwares, at twenty-seventh.

UK Chart: FIFA 15 First

FIFA 15 arrives on 8 platforms to claim 80% of total sales, 87% of revenue and a place at the top of the UK Chart this week. That is 15% in sales and 23% in revenue over the launch of FIFA 14, although that excludes the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. 54% of sales are taken by next gen consoles, where as the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 take 45% of the share.

Destiny and Disney Infinity 2.0 drop to second and third respectively.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition jumps two places to slot into fourth.

Call of Duty: Ghosts improves to take fifth, ahead of Watch Dogs and The Sims 4 which drop two places each.

At eighth, Fantasy Life on the 3DS, from Professor Layton developer Level 5, lands ahead of Minecraft: PlayStation 3 Edition and Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare.
