UK Chart: Destiny Dominates

Destiny (-78%) continues at the top against new competition. The Bungie title arrived last week as the best new entry this year and the most successful launch ever of a new intellectual property (IP).  PlayStation 4 sales are helped by its continued success, with more than 72% of new hardware being a Destiny bundle.

Disney Infinity 2.0, with a tandem interactive toy line, improves on its predecessor by one place and 32% sales on launch.

Exclusive to the Wii U, Hyrule Warriors, a collaboration between Koei Tecmo and Nintendo, enters at third.

Watch Dogs (-23%) drops one place to fourth and The Sims 4 (-41%) falls three places to complete the top five.

Minecraft improves on sales for both the Xbox 360 (+12%) at sixth and PlayStation 3 (+7%) at eighth.

Falling from fourth, Call of Duty: Ghosts (-17%) takes seventh.

The Last of Us: Remastered (-27%) and Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare (-16%) drop to ninth and tenth respectively.

The only other new entry this week is Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call on 3DS at seventeenth.
