UPDATE: The ModNation Racers demo appeared on the PlayStation Store for both the PS3 and PlayStation Portable on Wednesday 19th. So why not give it a try?
ModNation Racers, the upcoming kart racer inspired by LittleBigPlanet's 'Play.Create.Share' mantra, has not even been released yet but already reviews have been flooding in.
Although most comments have been positive, the one criticism that has popped up again-and-again is around the games lengthy load time. Fortunately the developers United Front have been listening and are apparently working on a patch to improve this. Naturally there is no confirmed date for when this will be available but it's definitely going to be after the game's release this coming Friday.
For those not fortunate enough to try the beta version of the game, there is hope - The US PlayStation Store has received a demo of the game today. This demo comes with samples of the single player game, multiplayer (including local split screen options) and most importantly creation options for making an avatar, kart and track.
Although Europe hasn't got a release date it's highly likely it will hit these shores at some point soon. As always be sure to check back with Gamebrit for all the updates.
