ModNation Racers, the next game in Sony's vein of titles fueled by user generated content, is due to hit Europe for a beta. The only catch is the first 100,000 people who download it will be the ones who actually get to be in it. So on Thursday 21st of this very month you'd better be ready to put your pedal to the metal and download the beta as soon as the PlayStation Store updates. You have been warned in advance, aren't we kind?
The beta will actually be playable the following day on Friday 22nd January and will run all the way up until Valentine's Day. It will bring with it four tracks (two are which are exclusive to Europe) and plenty of create options to build your own character, kart and of course track. Any user built content will be removed after the beta is over though so try not to get too attached to your creations.
