As if gamers weren't wasting enough free time not gaming on their consoles. Free music-streaming service Spotify have had to deny rumours that they
will be bringing free music to our favourite home consoles (unless you're
still using the PS2, in which case - it was never even mentioned).
An 'insider' leak (read 'Market Tester'), has stated they have "been working on it for some time now and we can't wait to reveal it to you guys".
According to 'Baxy-Z' the software could eventually make it to the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii, if the insider leak is to be believed. However, Spotify immediately denied the rumours.
Considering the fact that both PS3 and the 360 have been snapping up all popular forms of the web they can squeeze into their pretty little boxes, we would'nt be surprised if they are embedded in serious talks with Spotify. Watch this space.
