Tales Of Monkey Island, which is making a long awaited return to the Xbox Live Marketplace soon, may not be exclusive to the console.
Craig Derek, produce of the special edition, spoke to the Guardian (yes, the newspaper) about whether the the game would be released on another console. "Well, we never said we wouldn't be on Wiiware or PSN now did we?" Before going on to say "We may have another platform announcement to make very, very soon,". Quite which we don't know.
He also echoed the requests for a revamped version on Monkey Island 2, saying that the Monkey Island Special Edition is an "experiment to see what interest there is for these types of games and if people are interested in playing them on a console." i.e. will it sell.
