UK Chart: Saints Row IV Resists Roman Siege
Saints Row IV maintains a commanding position on the UK chart, despite close competition from Rome: Total War II. The latter comes in at second, missing out on the top spot by sales in the hundreds. But publisher Sega can find comfort in a more successful launch over Rome: Total War, published by Activision in 2004.
Diablo III releases on consoles to boost the title to third ahead of Splinter Cell: Blacklist (-51%) and Disney Infinity (-22%) at fourth and fifth respectively.
Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition drops one place to sixth as Payday 2 (+51%) grabs plenty of growth and two places in the chart to seventh.
Killzone: Mercenary is a new release on PS Vita and takes eighth, with the release of Rayman Legends (-16%) on PS Vita unable to save it from a three point drop to ninth.
The 2013 edition of Farming Simulator (yup) completes the top ten with a release on Xbox 360 and PS3.
The last new release this week is Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate at thirty-fifth place.
