Insane $1-million Saints Row IV Special Edition Up For Preorder (That’s £644,621)

Published August 10, 2013 by |

Saints Row is a franchise known for being pretty insane — anything goes and the use of giant purple appendages is the norm. However, developers Volition might have just outdone themselves this time with a one-of-a-kind Special Edition that surpasses anything anyone has done before.

Saints Row 4 Special EditionThe ‘Super Dangerous Wad Wad Edition’ or the ‘Million Dollar Pack’, is so limited that there is only one available, but that’s really no surprise when it’ll set the buyer back a massive one-million dollars (roughly £644,621) in cash. That’s not a typo, nor is this some sort of joke by the developers, yup this actually exists and it’s choc-full of perks that only one lucky, or perhaps crazy, person will receive.

Here’s what you get:

  • Saints Row IV: Commander in Chief Edition – including a screeching eagle plane and ‘Merica in-game items (you decide which format you’d like it on);
  • Virgin Galactic Space Flight – you get to fly into actual space;
  • Full Size Replica Dub-Step Gun – a 12-inch plastic gun that plays music when you pull the trigger;
  • A Hostage Rescue Experience;
  • Plastic Surgery – of your choice (naturally);
  • Spy Training Day;
  • Personal Shopper – to help you create a Saints Row wardrobe, apparently;
  • Capsule Wardrobe;
  • 7 Nights at the Top Royale Suite at the Burj-Al-Arab in Dubai;
  • A week for two at the Jefferson Hotel in Washington DC;
  • First class flights to Washington DC and Dubai;
  • A Lamborghini Gallardo;
  • A Toyota Prius and 1-Years Insurance;
  • A years Super Car Membership.

Although we imagine all of this probably does cost a little less than the magic $1 million price tag if bought separately, it’s still a seriously impressive package. It’ll be interesting to see if anyone bites, and opts for this crazy Wad Wad experience. Regardless of whether someone does opt for this special special edition, hats off to the developers/publishers for being either insanely stupid or marketing geniuses — we’ve yet to decide.

Still don’t believe this is real? Feel free to check out the listing over on Game.co.uk’s website.
