In the last week of the 30th Olympic Games, London 2012: The Official Video Game (-9%) manages a third week as the best selling video game in the UK.
The entire top four remain the same as last week, with Lego Batman 2 (-20%) in second place, Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games (-9%) at third, and Batman Arkham City (-20%) in fourth position. The Amazing Spider-Man climbs two places to fifth with the release of the PC version giving it a boost of 13% sales.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim drops one place to sixth, as Battlefield 3 rises to seventh, and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations drops two places to eighth. Dead Island GOTY Edition climbs from twelfth to ninth, nipping ahead of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, which takes tenth — pushing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 outside of the top ten for the first time in several weeks.
