Lego Batman 2 has held on for four weeks as the best selling game in the UK, despite a 19% sales drop over the last week. In fact, the top three remain in their places, with London 2012 (-19%) and The Amazing Spider-Man (-23%) holding off against Dead Island GOTY Edition, which rises one place to fourth.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier (+41%) and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (+41%) both jump from ninth and eighth to fifth and sixth respectively. Conversely, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (-20%) and FIFA 12 (-23%) fall to seventh and eighth to make room. Spec-Ops: The Line makes a dramatic fall from fourth to ninth with a 48% drop in sales. Mario & Sonic London 2012 Olympic Games (+16%) rises to take tenth place, with the Olympics due to get underway in the coming weeks.
New release, third-person-shooter Inversion lands beyond the bounds of the chart at fiftieth, along with The Sims 3: Diesel Stuff at fifty-fifth.
